Ca’ Dogaressa occupies a panoramic and secluded position on a hill in the Colli Euganei Nature Reserve, south of Padua. The property is surrounded by private olive groves and vineyards, and from the upper part of the garden, there’s a walking and biking trail that leads to the medieval village of Arquà Petrarca.

Which airport do I need to fly to?

Please note that flights are not included(we recommend sky scanner for best flight deals) The local airport is Venice (Marco Polo) 45miles. This is where the main pick up and drop off will be (If pre arranged). Other neighboring airports are as follows:-

Treviso - 47 miles

Verona - 54.5 miles

Bologna - 63 miles

Transfer service from Verona Airport to the Villa is about Euro 300; from Venice Airport is about 220 Euros, for a minivan 6\8 people; the closest Airport to the Villa is Venice. If you wish this can be arranged through the concierge service in advance. As soon as your flight details are booked, please send us the details and we can try and group as many people together so the cost is shared.

If you will be arriving at a different times and wish to travel to the villa on your own, this can also be arranged via the concierge service or you are very welcome to arrange this on your own. Please email pannavekaria.art@gmail for any specifics.

Alternatively you can book your transfer via https://www.airservicepadova.it/it/ which is cheaper. The closest point is Montegrotto Terme. Then eventually the concierge can organize with their car to bring you back to the villa.

  • British, Irish and other EU citizens can enter Italy and stay as long as they like on production of a valid passport.

    Citizens of the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand need only a valid passport, too, but are limited to stays of three months.

    All other nationals should consult the relevant embassy about visa requirements.

  • It is a requirement that you purchase a valid travel insurance for you to attend the retreat.

  • This is a place for you to feel home away from home and to completely relax. The day is broken up so it is not overloaded of activities for you and there is plenty of time to enjoy the villa and its surroundings and to explore the neighbouring villages, food and drinks. Feel free to opt out of any workshops if on the day you wish to just flow with your own vibe.

  • Once you have booked , the address of the villa will be shared alongside a deck with what you can expect, the schedule, activities and a waiver to sign. Contact details for Panna and her team will be available for any questions.

  • A delicious 19c on average. It does get cooler in the evenings as the villa is located in the hills. Suggest you bring a combination of clothing and possible light rain coat just in case.

  • Once your booking is confirmed you can email with any intolerances so we can alert the chef. We will be serving Vegan/Vegetarian options. All organic, authentic Italian cuisine.

  • Of course!

    So please make sure you have space in your luggage to take your canvas back home with you.

  • You most certainly can. PLEASE NOTE , ALL bedrooms are shared. Only one bedroom at the top floor has it’s own en-suite with double bed. First come first serve basis. (Unless there are special requirements).  The other two bedrooms have single beds. Max 6 people per 3 days, so the group will be intimate and safe.  Once you have booked your place on the retreat, please email pannavekaria.art@gmail.com and let us know names so we can pair you up with your nearest & dearest.

  • Yes, providing the rooms are shared with the same sex or partners. The aim is to be mindful of everyone attending the retreat. so again, please email pannavekaria@gmail.com for any specifics to you both.

  • 50% of your payment is non- refundable deposit. Please note, if any cancellations are made within 2 months of the retreat, no refund will be offered.
